Custom printed event shirts

Safety orange shirts

Last week was our town’s JDRF annual walk.  I saw some pictures of the walk and I think it is great when you see a large team in custom screen printed t-shirts out walking.  One of my favorite teams was wearing safety orange t-shirt that all said “Walking for Taylor”  there had to be at least 50 people in this particular group and with the bright color, they were a sight.  Other colors of custom printed t-shirts that stuck out were bright yellow, and there was a raspberry color shirt that was not as bright, but it was different than the other colors so it still stood out.  Next time you need to order shirts for a group outting, I suggest getting a bright crazy color so you stand out in the crowd.

Safety orange saves road worker

by heather on April 23, 2012

I saw a video the other day (and of course I cannot find it to paste a line, but I will keep trying) of a road worker painting a retaining fence in the middle of the street.  He fell backwards into traffic, and because he was wearing safety orange, the oncoming traffic easily saw the fall, slammed on their breaks and avoided hitting the worker, barely.  It was amazing video, and scary all in one.  Thankfully the city worker who was painting the fence was so easily seen wearing ANSI approved bright colors.  It looked like  along sleeve t-shirt, and a hat.
